We switched to them because they took our insurance. At first we liked the Dr Duiet a lot. But we have had nothing but issues trying to get my husband's medicine called in to the pharmacy. He has been out for a week. We have called 3 times, pharmacy has faxed and we have gone up there 2 times. Still nothing. I went to the office this morning and the lady up front who is typically very nice, seemed very bothered that I was there. She said she had no control over what they do back there. We called in a refill of his Ozempic that he takes for diabetes the pharmacy tells us it was called in but without a dosage so now that can't get filled until someone does their job. Honestly we are at the point of just going back to our old dr and paying out of pocket. I have never had this kinda issue before.

Toya Adler her team Laura, Jimina and Jordan go above and beyond for their patients. It is rare finding Medical Professionals that put patients first. I, am fortunate to have caring Professionals that, not only hear you, but listens. Focus and determine to find root causes and investigates problems. Toya is knowledgeable, informative and CARES! I recommend her to help keeping you at your optimal health or getting you close to it. Definitely the best team.😍

I have to say that I'm quite happy with the health care I receive at this office. Dr. Alder is always very thorough when reviewing your medical history. She takes the time to listen to your concerns and doesn't rush you through your appointment. It's hard to find a doctor these days who really listens to you. Dr. Alder is that doctor. I've known Laura for many years. She's friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She always tries to accommodate my schedule for testing and blood work on my day off, and not required me to come in on their regularly scheduled days for these procedures. They also have a new receptionist in the office named Mina (not sure of the spelling). She greets you with a smile, which is important for good customer service. She is happy to help with any questions you may have. I know things got off to a rough start this year for this practice. But give them a chance. They've made positive changes and there to help take care of you!

Florida Healthcare of Brevard provides excellent service from start to finish. The provider is truly amazing — knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely committed to patient care. The staff is incredibly caring, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile. I felt supported, respected, and well taken care of throughout my entire visit. Highly recommend this office for anyone looking for compassionate, high‑quality healthcare

Dr Toya is great. HOWEVER, I have had two different forms that my Dr needed to fill out. The first time it took over a month and a half to get the paperwork. First they said it would be done by x date and I would get a call. The date goes by, I don't hear anything. I call. They apologize and say it will now be done by Y date. Y date passes. I follow up. They tell me that they actually lost the paperwork and ask me to send it in. I email it to them. It finally gets done. This takes over a month and the workplace accommodations request I put in has expired. Had to work with HR on that to get them to accept the docs since it took her doctor's office so damn long. Now, I have different forms for FMLA I need filled out. I give them to Toya, she also asks me to email them to the office manager L. I email it over, I am promised the forms would be done by today, Monday. I even ask that they try and make this a quick and easy thing unlike last time. I CALL and talk to them this morning, to see if the forms are ready. I don't want to send my husband over if they aren't done. The front desk gal puts me on hold to go confirm they're ready. She comes back and says yes, the forms is filled ou
